Peter Gold

I am Mr ATS

Way back when in 1999 I built one of the very first Internet-based recruitment systems that over time became known as the infamous ATS (applicant tracking system). Before then I was a recruiter for 12 years!
 
But I sold my Internet company too early and within a year went from being a paper millionaire to a paper pauper. No company. No job. No money. But what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and since the early dotcom days, I've managed to survive.

Over the years I've done many things within HR Tech but the one thing that has remained constant is my passion to help people grow, make a difference, and help them do their best work.
